marry a cousin is not allowed and have child coz will born abnormalities

The acceptance of cousin marriage widely depends on the place and the circumstance. Yes, you are right that it does increase the chance of causing abnormalities. However, this only happens if both parents are carriers of a recessive gene for that abnormality. Yet, this does not mean that the child will be automatically diagnosed with that disease. In short, despite the slightly higher possibility for this to happen, it still does not guarantee that the offspring will carry that disease.

Furthermore, just because a child has an abnormality, it doesn't mean that they don't have rights as human beings. They, too, should be given the love and respect they deserve as human beings. Having a syndrome doesn't make you less of a person. So if they really do love each other, then I think that they should go ahead and express it.

In Japan, marrying one's cousin is allowed due to its dwindling population. Allowing such behavior contributes in increasing their population, which is good.

Please make it clear exactly what you're trying to debate. I think I'm willing to accept this because in Maryland where I live it's legal. I also know it doesn't cause abnormality in all and maybe even most cases.
