this has been a raging question for the past few decades...men are equal to women-true or false? in my opinion equality gives prior importance to mankind and not gender biased mankind..one simply cannot diagree with the fact that we maybe anatomically different ..yet we are humans above all...and men and women is only a mere classification! in terms of status in the society...we should be equal..our norms dont teach us biasing...yet the scenario is not as we expect it to be!! still now women in large part sof the world are considered a rank below the men..the reason being one that just cannot be explained! biasing if based on the amount of physical work done is highly improbable...my conclusions are that men and women are equal..yes..but not treated equally!! funnily enough the word woman has man in it!!

I accept your challenge.
I'd like to thank my opponent, the audience, and Transvestites from the planet Transsexual in the galaxy of Transylvania.

First off, I would like to state that I believe in equal protection under the law and equal opportunity, but equality is not feasible, as no two people living on this planet are equal in every way. We all have our own unique traits, both physiological and psychological, that make us who we are and not someone else.

The male human body and female human body share a great many physical traits, but not all, and have an entire chromosome that is not shared between the two. The reproductive systems of men[1] and women[2] are markedly different, both internally and externally[3]. In addition, there are other physical traits that are different; men are more likely than women to be more muscular, to have more fat, to be taller, to have smaller hips, to have a more pronounced adam's apple, to have denser bones, to lack breast tissue and a host of other physical differences[4][5][6]. There are even some illnesses that are gender specific (such as prostate and ovarian cancer)or that more frequently happen to one gender as opposed to the other (such as aortic aneurysms more frequently happening to men[7], or more women getting autoimmune diseases[8]).

The brain, as many other parts of the body, has sex differences; men on average have more larger brains than women that have a higher percentage of white matter and a lower percentage of gray matter on average[9][10][11]. Since the brain controls the actions an individual takes and the thoughts an individual feels, it would be foolish to dismiss the conclusion that the physiological difference in brain structure and size between the sexes will cause significant differences in the ways men and women act and think on average.

Extend arguments.

Add citation about the sex differences involved in neurochemistry [1]
As well, there is research that indicates that "sex based roles" may be the reason for modern society. [2]
