Just to play devil's advocate for a bit, a moral objectivist (like my opponent) would argue that murdering would be considered objectively wrong in itself. Nobody would be there to deem it morally wrong however the concept of murder is considered as objectively wrong by some and therefore many would argue that it's objectively wrong to murder in any scenario and argue from this perspective rather than to address very specific instances regarding murder such as the one presented.
