how can we say only because of nuclear deals India will be a rapid progress
when there are still thousands on the roads striving for food

Pro

I am the PRO of this topic. As such my advocacy is quite clear. Nuclear deals will not make india rapid progress. The con advocacy is thus the opposite Nuclear deals will make india rapid progress. My opponent has seemed to have conceded to my stance and provided me with evidence.

I contend that "how can we say only because of nuclear deals India will be a rapid progress when there are still thousands on the roads striving for food"

A PRO vote is clear.
