Do parents have the right to decide their child's future?I disagree. Children should be allowed to choose what path they take. I challenge you Mr Kalsi.

I am personally against this statement, however because it's Aly, I'll be for this statement.

Parents play an integral part in a child's life. Children and Teenagers are often far inexperienced and have not experienced the outside world as much as their parents do. The experiences of our parents can contribute to our decision making and often do, The idea that "parents want what's best for their children" is true. Parents have been in similar situations as their children before, and have learned knowledge to offer, whether it be what college to attend, what car to buy, or in what area to live. In today's society the advice and opinion of parent's play an invaluable role in the future of a child.

Kids need to make their own decisions and mistakes to learn to become independent. If they can`t 'trial and error' life they wont learn anything. They have to make their own life choices or else they will be too dependant on their parents. Their parents should not be the ones to decide what school they go to, what job they apply for, where they live or even who they can marry. Once the parents die what will become of the child? Parents should offer information about what's the right path and suggest good schools and university's but never straight up tell them they are going to a specific school of their choice. If parents really do want the best they will allow their child to make mistakes and be independent.

parents have complete right to decide about their children as our every breadth is only because of them . we have no right to deny them
