Con

The people right to know outweighs the governments right to secrecy
Romanii

Pro

I accept this debate.
I will be arguing that the government has no right to secrecy, and that the people always have a right to know what is going on in their government.

My main argument for this is that the government's job is to protect the rights of the people, and the people need to know whether or not their government is doing its job.

I look forward to hearing your arguments.

I'll still be voting for you as it is Con's fault for setting herself as Con to the rez.

Oh crap. I screwed up. I didn't pay attention to her opening statement, I just saw that she was Con and went from there...

I think con should've been pro. Her opening statement supports pro's case. Pretty much an automatic win for pro if this is true.
