Completely false. Rainbows exists whether or not you can seem them. By your logic do Mountains, or even the Universe, not exist to blind people? We can't see the core of the Earth from the crust, but it still clearly exists. That is a failed logic that is null and void by common sense.
A blind man can touch things, being blind has nothing to do with touching objects. Blind people still have senses, with the exception of sight, therefore your argument is invalid. You have proved nothing so far and have given no valid arguments. Rainbows still exist to a blind person, that's like saying buildings don't exist to blind people, but they would still run in to them, wouldn't they?
