I'm very unclear on your stance, so I'm hoping I didn't accept the challenge without understanding your opinon.
I assume you're speaking of legal rights, is that correct? Laws that makes businesses legally unable to discriminate against consumers or employees of certain races? If that is the case, I disagree.
Free people and business owners have every right to be rude in a legal sense. Legislating morality is dangerous - where does it end? What else should be criminalized? Bad manners? Why?
