Kids should start school later because when you wake up early in the morning your brain is already drained.

I think 6 months is a long voting period, but I think it's a good topic to fight so" good luck!

First I will place my turn-back. "when you wake up in the morning your brain is already drained." Nice argument, but you are just fighting yourself. Students need plenty of time to do homework, as sometimes they can get 4 or even 6 hours of homework. If a school hours are 7:30-3:00 shifted to 12:00-7:30, students won't have any time to do homework, they have to be pushed to work in the morning. Students are much less likely and willing to do homework in the morning that the afternoon.
Second, students need to learn the exercise of working in the morning, as most jobs require that to happen. If nobody can wake up before 10:30 when at work, this world will be very problematic.
