Pro

I do not see any problems with school uniforms, sure they restrict individualism but at the same time it allows everyone to treat eachother equally based on what they are wearing. Most kids are bullied the way they dress but school uniforms eliminate this issue. School uniforms also make it easier for everyone to get ready in the morning and look presentable for school. Without a school uniform it is more difficult to control what people are wearing.
