Pro

1st: bipedal hydraulics needlessly expensive
2nd: Very tall and easy targets
3rd: cannot hide or camouflage due to heighth and usual leg hydraulics
4th: Extremely slow. Yet again due bipedal hyraulics as tracked or wheeled vehicals are faster.
5th: Can easily be pushed over. Which would require heavy lifting gear.

Con

1.Who said they need to have hydraulics why not have wheels
2.Tanks are large and easy targets we have them
3.Same as tanks they have camouflage paint depending on the environment
4.If they have wheels they can be faster they don't have to be slow
5.If they are fast they wont be subject to be pushed over
