Pro

The next president that would be the best for the USA is Donald trump. He is very confident in what he wants for the country.
ThinkBig

Con

Donald Trump should not be the next President. His economcis would be bad for the United States [1] and has incited violence at his rallys. [2].

Donald Trump has also endorsed several conspiracy theories including the belief that vaccines cause autism. This would be very bad for the US health care
Debate Round No. 1
matthayes98

Pro

matthayes98 forfeited this round.
ThinkBig

Con

Pro has forfeited the debate and failed to explain why Donald J. Trump should be the next President. This debate had a character limit of 500 and time of only 5 minutes, so it was difficult to get a proper opening statement.

Vote con.

Reasons for voting decision: Troll debates are the worst. Pro FF'd so conduct and arguments to Con. Con was the only one to make arguments. Con didn't rebuttal the confidence argument, but Con made arguments with sources. That wins Con sources as well. Finally spelling and grammar ties because "trump" is not a correct last name capitalization, and "very bad for US health care" has no period.

Reasons for voting decision: Con was the only one who made arguments, so for default, Con get's arguments. I am very confused, I almost gave Con sources for his [1], and [2], when he didn't even have any sources, I got tricked. But it was 500 characters, so it is reasonable. Pro forfeits all rounds except for the first one, so FFETY FF, VOTE CON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reasons for voting decision: Pro forfeited so conduct to Con. Con provided reasons as to why Trump shouldn't be president. Pro argues that he's confident in his beliefs. However Pro's arguments are refuted by Con's since Con shows that Trump's motives (whilst they may be strong [accepted through concession]), they are misguided and are a net detriment. Since Pro's arguments are refuted and Con's still stand (through forfeiture in the round for rebuttals), I give the victory to Con.

Reasons for voting decision: Pro forfeited and didn't make any arguments, while Con at least had some evidence for his contentions.
