I think if they mature they should be able to watch it because if the parents don't let them watch it they will just sneek and watch it behind there backs and then try to punish there child for watching it behind there backs when they could have avoided this in the first by letting there child just watch the movie how are they going to learn in there parents won't let them just let them explire
