_____________________________

There are several reasons why untrue stories should be allowed in articles.

1. If we did not allow untrue articles, how would we enforce it?
2. If we did not allow untrue articles, who would decide what articles are untrue?
3. If we did not allow untrue articles, that abridgement of the 1st ammendment might be used as precedent for future precedent for further violation.

Do you intend a debate? Your title/resolution is unclear. What position are you arguing for? What kind of articles are you talking about? Newspaper articles? Those are supposed to all be true, aren't they?

Maybe what you want is a discussion rather than a debate. If so, cancel this, and go to the forums area.

Who had better conduct:-Vote Checkmark-1 point

Reasons for voting decision: Grammar: Con didn't capitalize, punctuate, or spell, plus the resolution was incoherent. Only Pro's clarification allowed me to understand what was being debated. Conduct: Con initiated a debate with no intention of debating, and Con was the first to forfeit. Persuasion: Con had the burden of proof, but he never tried to support his claim. He repeated his claim, but he never argued in defense of it.
