i think so because what is a mother of a 3 year old doing not holding his or her hand. this is going viral on social media so i wanna hear your opinion want more details look it up on google or on the news

Absolutely not. Because in a free country, regardless of you or I questioning their parenting methods, getting government to arrest in this case is unethical. She has the right to raise her child how she sees fit, HOWEVER what happened could very well be grounds for the CPS to take her child away from her. In contrast, if her child had been killed? YES she should be criminally charged. Because then serious harm would have resulted from their neglect. That's a pretty legitimate reason to charge,
