in china parents dont tipping them children for doing housework, if they do, it is not generally, so how about america or other country?

Ok im going to try and decipher what you said because i think its a reasonable argument if the grammar gets better.

I think con means that he is against children receiving pocket money from their parents, because in China they don't. So on the premise of that ill give my argument.

Children deserve pocket money because it has the potential to give them great life lessons such as the value of spending and hard work pays off. Children also deserve this because they can use their own money which they have earned to buy consumer related things. This money can be determined by the parent.

Also the comparison of culture between the U.S. and China is vast, so you can narrow it down to children.

Since con has not presented a properly constructed argument, hopefully next round he/she will.
