I say tha tchool outfits hsould be illegal beacuse of hte benifits that kids have to have their own vote of speech. During spring, kids would rather wear summer like outfits while in the winter kids want to wear more thicker clothing. No school i know of has paid for both short summer outfits and thick winter jackets.

Thank you for the challenge
The idea for school uniforms are for the identity of a student along with the ability to be able to show your personality by the way you accessorize your uniform.

The legality of school uniforms is constantly debated today school uniforms should be worn by students because it creates a common identity among students. There are never any impressions made based upon what a child wears. In schools that do not mandate school uniform there are assumptions made up students that do not have the new clothes involved in the latest fashion trend.

Another reason for school uniforms is to not show who is able to spend the money on the clothes while there are some families who cannot afford to buy multiple outfits. School uniforms will not single them out as being the poor kids in the grade.

School uniforms also prevent teachers from making first judgments about students. Based on what students wear teachers will stereotype students based on their groups.

Mandated school uniforms provide for a better learning experience with minimal distractions with students wearing the assigned uniforms.

Thank you for your time

Reasons for voting decision: Both coolmikeb and bulls26 forfeited, making it a tie in conduct. However, Con presented a much stronger case than Pro that was more comprehensive. Pro's spelling and grammar was rudimentary at best.
