Con

II am against teachers being armed
ResponsiblyIrresponsible

Pro

I accept.

Resolved: Should teachers be allowed to be armed with a gun?

With a normative resolution, the burden is evenly split. However, CON doesn't give a single argumen. Therefore, i only need to provide a single positive argument to win this debate.

I. Last line of defense against school shootings

We know that criminals do not follow laws - so they will not obey if the school happens to be a "gun free zone." Instead, we're disarming the good guys, and removing their right to self-defense.

Reasons for voting decision: I am on the side of con, but pro pulled much better arguments than con. He gave good structure to the debate. He overall did better and provided an actual case, not state your view.

Reasons for voting decision: Con gave nor argument, while Pro did. S&G to Pro. Con didn't use a complete sentence.

Reasons for voting decision: Pro's argument sucked, but obviously it was better than Con's nothing, so Pro should win.

Reasons for voting decision: Con *literally* gave no arguments, just his opinion, whilst Pro was able to argue effectively on defense, which swayed the debate in his favour.
