I really think he should have been indicted. There was enough evidence that the cop was either a cold-blooded killer or a raciest. And, I think more people would accept the vote if the grand jury would have been mainly black. Now, I know that Brown did some bad things in the past, but did he really need to be shot twelve times? Did he deserve to die?

Officer Darren Wilson should not have been indicted and the correct decision was made by the grand jury.

At 11:51 AM on August 9th, 2014, a convenience store security camera captured video of Brown stealing a box of cigarillos.
The police described him as wearing a red Cardinals hat, khaki shorts, a white T-shirt, yellow socks, and was with another man.

At 12:01 PM, Wilson saw the two men walking in the middle of the street and told them that they were jaywalking and to get out of the street. Wilson begins to drive off, but slowly begins to realize that Brown and his associate matched the description of the robbers on the police dispatch. Officer Wilson stops and declares a need for backup at Canfield Drive. Wilson attempted to get out of his vehicle to confront the two gentlemen, but Brown charged at the officer and assaulted him. Brown was seen punching Wilson several times in the face. Officer Wilson tried to pull back into his vehicle so he could shoot his assailant, but Brown jammed the pistol's hammer during his first attempt. The second time, however, was successful as it struck Brown's hand. Another missed shot was fired before Brown fled. Officer Wilson gave chase to his assailant. Brown then decided to charge Officer Wilson, even after orders to stop. Wilson shot Brown four times, one of those was a fatal headshot wound, and Mike Brown lied dead in the road.

Any normal person can see that these events are not examples of "police brutality" or "institutionalized racism", but they are an example of a criminal being brought to justice by the law. Officer Wilson was not in the wrong, nor was he a "cold-blooded criminal" or a "raceist" (it's spelled racist, by the way) therefore, the grand jury made the correct decision.

This was an easy read. From the video of " little Mickey" stealing the cigars and assaulting the store clerk to being told by the cop to walk on the sidewalk. His attitude was one of entitlement and no one tells him any different. His size gave him false confidence. He had to have felt incapable of being stopped. The clerk, this white cop were not going to stop him from doing whatever he wanted. Especially a white cop. Then he was ordered to do something. He snapped. This white guy was not going to put him " in his place".He will show him whose boss. And from just non-compliance to full rage he went after the cop. And his full intent was to get this guys gun and probably kill him. And Wilson saw that in his face and actions. He did whatever he had to do to stop this guy, not knowing " little Mickey", but a man enraged at him with the full purpose of killing him. His self-preservation kicked in and he started shooting. Even after being hit a couple of times, " little Mickey " kept coming, with now almost a primordial rage. All reason gone. It was not till a fatal shot to the head did " little Mickey " break off the attack.

I have been an observer of human behavior for many decades and I am positive this is what happened.Nothing in Wilson's background ever suggested he was out to get someone. Everything " little Mickey " did that day leads to only one conclusion, One person was going to die that day. Fortunately it was not the cop.

sengejuri actually all the evidence is now open to the public. It's all in public documents you can read yourself so there is a lot more than 12 people who have seen the evidence.

Mob violence is all that occurred in Missouri. That was the only crime about this whole ordeal and brown assaulting a policeman. Everyone arrested should be given lenghthy jail sentences and when they got out had judgments against them to repay what people lost. remember, most of these people rioting voted for Obama, the most lawless man ever to be in the white house.

How do you know there was enough evidence to indict? Were you in the courtroom to hear all the evidence? There are only 12 people in the whole world who actually heard all the evidence - the grand jury - and they didn't think there was compelling evidence for probable cause.
