I accept. Already my opponent has given me the Spelling and Grammar points due to the fact that they have no capitalized anything and have used the word: "cmon".

I will allow my opponent to begin....

Okay i,m for this for one because we are all human beings,we all have souls, its just so very important that we all are treated equally no matter who you are.Even if I don't win I know that i'm right.

Sometimes good and equal treatment of everyone can seem like a good thing however this is not the case. Sometimes the reason that the poor are poor is because they have been making the wrong choices in life. Since the resolution is unspecific I will argue that some people who are poor are poor because they have drug addictions.

These people who are essentially breaking the law by taking, purchasing and sometimes trying to resell drugs to others. Do you believe that they deserve to be treated as well as the rich do. Although some people are born into rich families - people make false accusations when they say that the rich are spoilt. The rich often have to work extremely hard for their money and it is because of this determination and hard work that they make large sums of money. Steve Jobs is a famous example.

Steve Jobs had to go through many milestones in his life and he even survived an extremely rare disease where the chances were less than 1 in 1 million. You can read more about it in his biography here:

The rich work harder (most of the time) therefore they deserve to be treated better than the poor.

The middle class workers worked well at school and therefore most of the time they deserve the income that they are receiving.

The poor are usually poor because of drugs, alchol, not working hard enough and sometimes illegal immigration. Do you honestly believe that Steve Jobs deserved the same treatment that prisoners and drug addicts deserve.

Reasons for voting decision: Con's the only one with any arguments that went beyond assertions. I vote on the idea that equality is not a net good, something that Pro never challenges. Con's arguments are well sourced, as his points each had support that bolstered his reasoning. Hence, he gets sources. Conduct to Con for the forfeits. Not allocating S&G on the basis that Pro's arguments were still easily understood, if poorly written.
