I believe we should have a president but it should be someone who understand the united states like president John F Kennedy who believe that we could do anything if we put our minds to it and not just for it. I also believe we should have a woman president because woman are more independent .
I dont really understand the question. You are asking if WE should have a president but who is WE. There are many countries in the world that are doing fine without a president. Democracy is not as efficient as tyranny as decisions are made much slower than in a tyrannic rule. This is also the case with presidents and dictators. Dictators make decisions within minutes while presidents do not have the ultimate say in political decisions. When you talk about John F Kennedy or any other president, they have all made bad or terrible decisions. This is also true with all leaders ever and presidents should not be held in a different view. I don't really know what to argue because the question is so vague. If you are asking if America should have a president I may have a basis to argue with but that is not the case. To argue the last case, this goes back to the old question of sexes. I personally believe that this sexist argument should be put at rest because without the opposite sex nobody would be alive yet alone able to become president. I have nothing against women president, in fact I think it would be historical and an amazing thing to happen. However all leaders, not only presidents, should not be elected based on sex, but on the quality and skill they have in decision making when it comes to political decisions, not by their personality.
