Women should have rights. If women dint have rights then they could cause an uproar and totally cut us off from sex. If you are male and have a different opinion then please tell me. You might be Bisexual or even Gay but who cares. Women should have rights.

My opponent failed to outline any limit whatsoever on women's rights and unfortnately has opened the pandora's box of the following paradox:

If women should have acces to any and all rights, then should they not have the right to have no rights?

Thank you, next time limit what rights you think they 'should' have.

Should Women have equal rights to Men? Men and women should have equal rights in the areas of speech, education, respect and the right to vote. They should be given their rights so that they have the same social, economical and political status as men. It has been a cultural belief of many regions that women exist to be housewives and mothers; these beliefs give women limited roles. They are considered inferior to men in terms of intellect; this has underestimated women's talents leaving them with a 'label of inferiority'. The belief that women are inferior to men is no more a 'label' of inferiority for women; it has also affected their lives and actually made them inferior. These women do not seek to be superior to men, nor do they want to work eight or ten hours a day like men, they only seek to get the right to get.
Progress has brought many benefic things to our society, but also many conflicts regarding the emancipation of women, who, sick and tired of being considered only nice dolls who make their husbands and boyfriends very proud of themselves, have decided to take some action and claim their equal rights in politics, economy, family or the place where they work.

Even though there are many " machos" who consider that women belong to the kitchen, that they only should take care of the children, and, from time to time be taken out to a restaurant, women have taken control over things and have begun to impose their authority.

Women are hard-working, responsible, intelligent, and, above all, they think twice before taking a decision. These are only one of the reasons that have made women become presidents of states, prime ministers, members of the parliament, managers or leading figures in mass media. Men should recognize that women never forget their duties at work and, at the same time, at home.
"No woman can call herself free who does not own and control her body." Margaret Sanger, a nurse who, in the early 1900's, spent considerable time in jail for distributing pamphlets to women on sex education, contraceptive information, and contraceptives.

If you live in a free country you should have certain specific rights. Certainly one of those rights is having the absolute say about your own life. If one sex does not have this right there is no equality for either gender. In that case freedom and equality become separate issues and that is wrong for all of us.

The state of Ohio is on the brink of passing a law that would severely control a woman's right to choose. At face value this issue concerning abortion rights might seem to be just another article on the legal battle that has been going on for decades, but it is more than that. It is not just the subject matter itself; it is what it stands for in the issue of gender equality.

While it is fun to point out the differences between male and female in sit-coms and humor books, it is quite another thing to have those differences make one sex terribly unequal to the other. The topic of procreative rights is really the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the issues surrounding equality for both sexes. There is a long list of inequalities that have always prevented women from enjoying equal rights. Let me acquaint you with a few pertinent facts from over the last 40 years.

No-one should have rights, not even men. That is the only way to have true equality, you communist in denial.

You should be more specific because I don't imagine you would want to deny women the right to make sandwiches.

Reasons for voting decision: I agree with Pro, but he never really refuted Con's arguments. Also, neither of them had sources or facts. I think they were just opinions.

Reasons for voting decision: Conduct for pro because he had a better attitude. Arguments to pro because con did not really give any quality arguments or refutations and he dropped arguments. Selling to con because of an error by pro. Con my advice to you into refute and come up with your own arguments and cite sources. This will make you a better debater.
