no they should not they look very un-proffesional and make the work place look bad espically if they're are inapropriate.

Well, I guess there are no rules so I'll go maverick.

My opponent starts off with the blanket statement, "they look very un-proffesional and make the work place look bad"

1) There are some very artistic tattoos, which can look professional.

2) They don't have to make a workplace look bad if any of the following are true:

"No outside observers come into the workplace because it's a boring office.

"The tattoos are covered so that no one would know you had a tattoo in the first place.

"The observer has no problem with tattoos.

3) Tattoos aren't necessarily bad. Unless they're blatantly inappropriate, there's no reason to be offended by a tattoo. Since that is the case, businesses can allow that freedom to the workers.

My opponent has no standing arguments at all.
