Con

I think smoking around children should be illegal because it can lead to several health problems. Including ,lung cancer, asma ,smoking at a young age,and could even injure a child by smoke intoxication,

Pro

Smoking is great sport around children. Blowing smoke in their faces arouses me. If the kid doesn't want to get smoked on, he shouldn't have stuffed his face in my cigarette bud? When they complain, I burn them with the lighted end of the cigarette, and make them buy me a new pack.

If we illegalize smoking in front of kids, it would be pointless. Smoking is not illegal at all, and if someone is caught smoking in front of a kid, he/she could just say "I didn't see them," or, "They saw me smoking, walked up to me, framing me", or "He/she saw me smoking and walked up to me, and wanted me to buy a pack for them.

Plus, if you make it illegal, I will shoot up everyone at my job and then turn the gun on myself.

Okay, on the troll meter, you pass me, and that's saying something.

You insult an obvious troll post, and use terrible grammar and fact sources too. Its quite obvious that you're <10 years old, or a college student with autism.

Or you just might be a troll like me. But why not actually debate at the same time the way you're supposed too, like me.

Ok than ,I think that smoking should be illegal around kid so people like this cant get away with stuff like that also think smoking will bring on a era of cancer victim's,tar breaths, and retardation . And as of you murder rampage , NONE of us believe you!
radioactivepotatoman

Pro

I barely even know what the fuk you even said.

How does smoking around kids cause people to go postal at their job?

And that era of cancer victims, tar breath and retardation is here now. And I'm pretty sure you pulled retardation out of the top of your head.

PS, you should really try out this thing called grammar/punctuation, its pretty cool.

And if NO ONE IN ALL CAPS believes me, ask the man named Phil in my basement.

What the hell? You can't even spell asthma right. Either you're a college student with autism (as I stated previously), or you're some Frenchy typing engrish through google translate. And stop saying buzz crap like "If you want your child to have asthma, vote for me", that gets the brainless American society to follow you like the politicians do in their final debate before election night. The only people that will believe that rubbish has to be completely stupid or just wants to believe it more than anything else, my friend.

Can't spell, can't argue, and can't select the right side to a debate.

For these reasons and more, I will mourn PRO's loss.

How is he possibly winning? I have good arguments, he's just typing random crap that we all heard in elementary school, and with very bad arguments and punctuations at that. Even though I post troll, I actually debate too. I'm a multitask-er, he's just an idiot.

Yes, the way the resolution was worded Con is charged with arguinging that smoking around children should be legal. No evidence of smoking harm to children was offered. A waste of time.

RFD:

Conduct: PRO
PRO may be a troll, but CON is an idiot, and I value entertainment over idiocraty.

S&G: PRO
Though what he actually wrote may not seem normal, he definately had the best Spelling. Seriously wjm?

Arguments: PRO
CON didn't say anything, whereas PRO presented the legitimate argument (amoung PLENTY of crap) of 'an enforcement of said law is non-practical' (I paraphrased)

Am I the only one that has noticed that CON worded the resolution completely wrong?

If you are against the idea that "smoking should be illegal around children" then you are arguing that smoking should in fact be legal around children.
