Does social deprivation cause crime? If so, why and how? If not, why?
What are the factors involved with social deprivation that is linked to crime?
Which groups/types of people (e.g youths, adults..etc) are more likely to commit crime due to social deprivation?
what motivates young people to commit crime?
is poverty the main reason they commit crime?
what is the definition of social deprivation? is there a distinct definition even?
What types of crime are most popular in deprived areas?
where are the most deprived areas in UK?
Is the crime rate higher within derived areas or more elite places?
Is there more hidden crimes commited by rich poeple than less richer people?
have crime statistics changed during the recent years? if so why and how?
This is a neutral debate...I picked "for" because there wasnt another option.
Feel free to answer any of these or add my opinions as long they dont violate or insult or hurt anyone :)

Hello,
I think social deprivation deters crime because it just does. Crime is the result of one violating a law or laws, and the criminal justice secures justice upon the guilty. I believe that we should actually debate the resolution that I offer:

In the United States criminal justice system, truth-seeking ought to take precedence over the attorney client privilege.

If you would like to accept my challenge, then please be affirmative, and post your "case".

Interesting questions, but I think you may have been looking for the 'forum' section. It might be difficult to vote on a 'neutral' debate. It is more of a discussion than a debate, actually.
