Pro

a child is seen dead at the movie theater with popcorn is his hand and a water bottle

what happend
NiamC

Con

The child asphyxiates/ chokes from over consumption of popcorn, eating too much at a time... and had things in both arms, so would be hard to call out for help.
Children have a tendency for greediness and gluttony.

This is such a silly riddle. There are many answers, so I can't really be wrong, because my answer would make sense.

I win!

a baby snake is called a NEONATE and is more commonly used than a "child". Same with spiders.

Reasons for voting decision: Con solved the riddle. Whether he was right or not, is perhaps riddlish enough for another one of these debates.

Reasons for voting decision: I am giving 7 points because this is not a debate vote. Con had given a sensible and logical, somewhat depressing answer which made sense regardless of being right or wrong. If I recall, pro was being rude to con inthe comments.in the comments section, con also disproved the logic of pros answer.

Reasons for voting decision: The definition of child is a human offspring http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/child So basically the riddle' solution is also wrong. The conclusion is that there is no right answer to the riddle or there is no logical way to know it.

Reasons for voting decision: This was a riddle challenge, but seeing as there seems to be no set answer, and NiamC had no way of knowing what constituted towards the right answer, I could only vote on if the response was logical and it made sense. It did, therefore right or wrong it was a more 'convincing argument' in comparison to no answer, therefore NiamC rightfully deserves points.
