i think that standerized testing should not be allowed. kids look down on it and dont come to school. the school spends so much on paper and testing that they literally drain the money and run out.

Standardized testing is by no means bad. Despite it being referred to as "the machine of social destruction", most probably by people who failed, there are some clear benefits which it hails for every student.
Standardized testing is quick, cheap (costing around $6 for a 50 item test) and effective. The system cannot be cheated, adjusted or adapted- it's as simple as that. It offers an honest measure of intellect, and is only regarded as bad if people have some predilection or bias against it.
Whether or not students come into school for these tests is besides the point. Clearly they don't like them, but on examining the current systems used, there should be no reason not to. In general, people don't like work- I would rather do something else, and I'm sure you would too. But a society in which no work is done is not a good society.
Even if the majority of students dislike standardised testing, it is here to stay: counting heads does not make something right.
