to know moral, you must know immoral, to contrast.. right and wrong

you escape a long deadly hostile toxic environment, manage get through the harshest of wilderness, and thirsty you find a mineral filtered clear fresh water lake inside a white mineral mountain cave with abundance of fish, but you go outside to see the road further ahead, and more toxic waste environment showing in the sky, you choose to go further drink from a toxic waste barrel..

or was it a blind man wandering through a mineral cave passing the water lake unaware, and further on his road thought a barrel contained fresh water

By your argument, that is like saying that someone can't love unless they also hate and vice versa. Morality is an innate value that you get at birth. Order and law on the other hand is an entirely different thing. For example, many people credit religion with providing morals, but that simply isn't true. Religion did not create morals. Nobody created them, they just ARE. On the other hand, I believe that religion definitely had a big influence on ancient law and order. It was created to keep society in line. If someone has a desire to murder, they have a lesser probability of acting upon it if they believe there is an invisible man in the sky. They still know that killing is wrong, but it's a matter of suppressing those feelings verses liberating them.

yes, love is hate

guess i will have to take your word for it

If "taking my word for it" is how you respond in debates then maybe you should rethink the firmness of your stance.

Ridiculous to say you don't know good unless you know evil. Babies the first time they drop something will say 'Oops' they inherently know that that is not the good and right state of things. Heck, even a dog shows signs right off the bat of seeing what he shouldn't do.
