Vegatarians and vegans eat carots. To eat a carrot it has to be pulled out of the ground which kills it. Vegetarians and vegans often state that meat is murder and call meat-eaters speciesist. However vegetarians are kingdomist. they discriinate and only consume foods from the plant kingdom (and the fungi sometimes). meat-eaters eat organisms that taste good and do not discrinate based on kingdom. in conclusion if meat is murder so is carrot juice (Plants are people too!). meow!

I accept this challenge of the very definition of the topics in question, "Vegetarianism" and "Hypocrisy", and that my fellow troll flagrantly goes against the definiton of the two words in his argument or at least is very confused.

Reasons for voting decision: Vegetarians may be kingdomists, but that does not make them hypocrites. Arguments for that, S&G for "carots" and a lack of commas.

Reasons for voting decision: Pro makes an argument that extends categorical judgment from murder to species to kingdom. Con lets it slide, picking at foundations while refusing to define them; the audience is forced to assume the risk of Con lying, so he loses on conduct as well. By the same token, it could be said that Con misunderstands every word he said just as much. In order for Con to win, words cannot have reliable meaning, so Con can't win. It would be a performative contradiction and argument by stolen concept.
