Con

video games is not the cause of violence because it is the state of mind
baus

Pro

Video games cause violence because when they don't work properly, or the player loses, they can smash the games console in a fit of rage.

If video games didn't exist, this problem would be eradicated!

that may be but have you really asked what caused the violence in the lives of children or family matters. the people have been blaming video games for a while ,but violence been here longer than any problem there is, civil rights was one of them many deaths was caused with out video games, many violence happened in the world in the past without video games in human history.
baus

Pro

I never said that video games are the sole cause of violence.

I said that their existence, and usage of them, is one of many causes of violence.

You are yet to give a single dispute to this statement and I have provided videographics supporting it.

Pro i feel that you seem to have mistaken the topic. The title simply states that "video games cause violence" not whether video games are one of many factors leading to violence. Also Dishourngh's comment is also valid as well so currently it is reasonable to say that the debate is leading towards con's side.

I can already see Pro's invalidity in his argument because people raging because the game doesn't work is the individual's problem, not the game itself. You see, it's the player's choice to "rage." So, saying that players are aggravated due to the game's incompetence doesn't prove your case. I had a debate like this, and I proved that video games are not a primary factor of violence; however, I will agree that video games do cause violence sometimes.
