Problems can occur at any time during a presentation that involves an audience. Visual aids can get screwed up; loud sounds can interfere with the audience's understanding of your point; or you might just make a mistake in what you say " or how you say it " during your presentation.

The time to think of a witty line to deal with a problem in your presentation is before the problem occurs, because more than likely, you'll be too nervous at that moment.

I will argue that a PowerPoint format is the best format for presenting a biography, both in terms of ease for the speaker and ease for the listener.

I think it's fair to say that for whatever method we argue is best, we can assume that a tasteful presentation is done and the presentation is prepared for adequately. Using visual aids helps the audience follow along with whatever is spoken. Practicing speaking is needed for any kind of presentation and is not specific to those with visual aids.

what is your stance on this? Are you pro visual aids (if so, which one) or not? I'll accept if you clarify.
