Chicken and beef, as we know, is everywhere and is used everyday. I enjoy both. I like to eat a little chicken and beef once in a while. Chicken though, is healthier and better than beef. Beef has way more cholesterol and saturated fat than chicken. Did you know beef can raise blood pressure and make heart disease worse? Burger Kings tender Grill Chicken sandwich has 1,100 MG Sodium, 75% comes from the chicken itself. Burger Kings Whopper Jr. Burger has half of that sodium. If you do not know what Sodium is, Sodium is used by our body to control blood pressure and blood volume. It also is needed for your muscles and nerves to work properly.
