all problems in the world have stemmed from women thinking they can answer world problems that they just can't compute. FACt: Woman's brains are physically smaller thus making them more incapable of common tasks such as voting and stuff.

I thank my opponent for this debate. I'm not sure whether my opponent is serious or trolling, so I'd go for serious in this round.

"...all problems in the world have stemmed from women thinking they can answer world problems that they just can't compute."

This is an over-generalization fallacy. Many problems in the world are not even human-inflicted, and those that are stem from both men and women.

"Woman's brains are physically smaller thus making them more incapable of common tasks such as voting and stuff."

J. Philippe Rushton, a psychologist at the University of Western Ontario, claimed that Men are smarter than Women in his controversial study. However, he only claimed that Men are generally smarter than females in an average of 3.6 IQ points[1]. It should be clear that there is a leap from saying that Men are slightly smarter to saying that women are incapable of voting. Pro's claim is unsupported even by those who agree with him that men are generally smarter than women.
...
Reasons why women should be allowed to vote are the following...

1- Women are human beings, and human beings have a right to vote.

2- Women are directly governed and represented by the parliament, which means they should have the right to select their best representatives.

3- Women are intelligent enough to vote and are capable of decision-making.

I await pro's response and a clarification (here or privately) on whether this is a trolling or serious debate.

Reasons for voting decision: We'll probably never know whether Pro was trolling or serious. He never made a case, but only expressed an opinion. Con wins conduct for the forfeit, and arguments for lack of rebuttal.

Reasons for voting decision: On a side note, PRO, there is a conservative woman who agrees with you. Ann Coulter famously said women should not be allowed to vote.
