| About Me: | Lyrical individual, anti-hypocritical, critical, clinical, cynical. I never had any kind of structured or formal debate before joining this site but have found it extremely addictive. My 7 year old daughter doesn't live with me but I support her financially and get to see her most days. I'm a bit of a music geek. I left school at 13 and never attended university. I'm a self-employed musician although I don't play any conventional instrument to any high standard. I do music workshops and tuition based around DJing, music production and lyric writing. Some of my work is with young offenders and vulnerable kids and involves an element of youth and social work but some is with mainstream kids and adults. I enjoy my job immensely and consider myself very lucky. I am opinionated but apathetic. I eat chicken and fish but not pork or beef. According to facebook I am the only person in the world with my name. |
| Activities: | Parenthood, work, appreciating music, creating music, DJing, performing, playing, promoting events and gigs, talking, listening, rapping, toking, smoking, sleeping, snoozing, relaxing, bodily functions, moderate drinking, occasional pilling, grunting, making witty ripostes, making bad puns, reading, learning, laughing, flirting, fornication, hesitating, being too hasty, relationship avoidance, online debating, procrastinating, patronising, forum posting, being offended on behalf of others, occasionally losing my temper, sticking up for people, hygeine requirements, unintentionally irritating people, always being right, admitting when I am wrong, carrying music equipment up and down stairs and in and out of vehicles and buildings, being pedantic, being vague, being polite, being rude, admiring the feminine form, being forfeited to, never forfeiting, ending fights, resolving conflicts, pondering, wikiing, googling, scrabble, itching, scratching etc. |
| Beliefs: | Agnostic (In the literal sense that I have no way of truly knowing) I have no specific spiritual beliefs worth mentioning. I am open to all possibilities but sceptical of most. I believe in peace, love, tolerance and justice. I believe I can fly (not really) I tend to instinctively support the underdog in most confrontations. I believe that extreme poverty exists because obscene wealth exists. I think life is pretty unfair and that the only "meaning" it has is that which we choose to bestow upon it. Our personal meaning for life can be profound and transcendental. With all due modesty I believe that I could outperform almost anyone in the world in at least one hip hop discipline. |

| Quotes: | "strange women lyin' in ponds distributin' swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony." Python "One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain." Bob Marley. "I was thrown out of college for cheating on the metaphysics exam; I looked into the soul of the boy sitting next to me." Woody Allen "The less effort, the faster and more powerful you will be." Bruce Lee "There is no such thing as a moral or an immoral book. Books are well written or badly written." Wilde "Of course we've gotta pay rent so money connects but I'd rather be broke and have a whole lot of respect. It's the principle of it, I get a rush when I bust some dope lines I wrote that maybe somebody'll quote." OC "Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. That's relativity." Einstein. |

Social Darwinism is a just theory

Rules:1. If Con starts the argument in the first round, he/she must not use the last round. If Con simply uses the first round for acceptance, they can use their last round.2. BoP is shared.3. Invoking Godwin's Law will result in immediate loss of conduct and argument points.4. If someone uses semantic arguments, the opponent also has the right to use semantics without loss of conduct points.5. If you have any questions about the rules, message me or put it in the comment section. Exploiting loo...
Resolved: That "b*tches ain't sh*t but hoes and tricks" (2)

I will be arguing the affirmative on Dr. Dre's famous proposition "b*tches ain't sh*t but hoes and tricks" as heard in his 1992 album "The Chronic" [1]. The proposition will henceforth be referred to as "Dre's Law." First round is only for acceptance and/or definitional issues, and I accept the burden of proof on this contentious matter.-Definitions-B1tch: b1tch [bich] Show IPA–noun1.a female dog.2.a female of canines generally.3.Slang .a malicious, unpleasant, selfish person,...
the Belgian UFO Wave is best Explained as Aliens

Round 1 is for opening arguments and all other round are for rebuttals. The Belgian UFO wave was most likely extraterrestrials (aliens). Please see the article in Wikipedia detailing the facts.
