So when is the next election?

Cody was sworen into office (I suppose that is the terminology) on 12/13/2010, so is the date of the next election going to be 5/13/2011?

Why is it that the party party is so vocal with support for themselves, yet they were blown out in the last election? I get the feeling that they don't really have that much support, but are just really vocal about it.

I didn't vote for him, so he isn't "my" Cody, and I've already asked him in his 2 month interview (it will be on my DDOmafia blog).

When Cody was campaigning, he was quite clear that his party would be "behind the scenes". As VP, I can testify to this -- we have been working, but unlike the Party party, we do not feel the need to advertise every move we make for recognition -- "Look how awesum wez r!! We did dis!!" is more Party party style than us. Sorry.

Anyways, I believe that we should start talking about this in a couple months. No need to create hostility between the potential parties now.

To the Party Party--how are those measures going, by the way? Recruitment of members, progress of the YouTube channel, etc.

Even though I'm glad you guys have taken the initiative, I would really like you guys to put up your results, i.e. statistical evidence of the success of your programs. If what you're doing isn't working, I'd be happy to lend some time to propping it up if you wanted it.

Lovelife, INH, rockylighting, and m93samman.

m93samman is the defacto leader as Freedo left temporarily due to "organization"

These elections are so dull, can't we just elect a dictator and be done with it?
I am voting for Innomen because of his intelligence, common sense, humility and the fact that Juggle appears to listen to him. Any other Presidential style would have a large sub-section of the site up in arms. If I was President I would destroy the site though elitism, others would let it run riot. Innomen represents a middle way that works, neither draconian nor anarchic and that is the only way things can work. Plus he does it all without ego trips.

It seems to be working fairly well.
Since askbob is in both PM's I think it would be wise to have him report progress on such, but that's my personal opinion.
