Debate.org is unpopular compared to other social networking websites like Myspace, Facebook,
# Social Debating Website CreateDebate http://www.createdebate.org...
# Online Debating Community UberSpat http://www.uberspat.com...
# Online Debate Network http://onlinedebate.net...
# French Debating Association Site http://french.debating.asso.free.fr...
# Cruxlux http://www.cruxlux.com...
# Formal Debate Site http://www.formaldebate.org...
# Example Debate Discussion Board http://www.officialdebate.org...
# Free Formal Online Debating Site http://www.deepape.com...
# Helium http://www.helium.com...
# Debate motions site - European Student Debate http://www.debate-motions.info...
# The UK Debate http://www.ukdebate.co.uk...
# WikiDebates - http://www.wikidebates.org...
# Whats Your View? Debate Forum. http://www.whatsyourview.net...
# Fancy an Argument a live debate site - http://www.fancyanargument.com...
# Free Social Web 2.0 Debate Site - http://www.RiledUp.com...
# Debategraph - http://www.debategraph.org...
# iRateDebate - www.iratedebate.org
Therefore we should make this site better and spread this website to other friends and people who are willing to debate.

Debate.org is not yet one year old. I checked out some of the sites you provided, and found that the quality of our debates is much, much higher. Give debate.org some time; we will grow.

But agreed we should spread the word. I have already recruited two users: SomeKid and maxpower86.

If more popular means more stupid people who I won't name because of the ToS, then no.
: If you weren't new here, you'd know not to feed me such attention. This is like an orgasm in my brain right now. *hehe, my name is in a title, hehe* (http://www.debate.org...)

Just in case I get into some BS with FREEDO again about how he's NOT a narcissist.

So... what's there to destroy evil inside of and above the constitutional government?

God, I just realized... if this site were to shut down, than all my intellectual toil to type out these debates would be lost to cyberspace. I write all this stuff, only to not even save it on my own computer, but on someone (who I don't know) else's server.

I don't think this website will close down. There is nothing wrong with this site except the fact we have vote bombers that we are trying to control.

Agreed with DNick. Debate.org is a relatively new project of WebCorp, so it won't go down anytime soon. But even if it did, I'm sure the webmasters would give us proper warning ahead of time.

1. An elected review panel needs to be formed to look at bad votes.
2. Debates in the debating/voting period should not reveal the identities of the contestants.
3. The site should develop software to track voting alliances and message/vote links, as well as tracking biased votes over time.

Good voting should be considered as prestigious as good debating.

This is topic 101, not topic 1.
I'm becoming less defined as days go by, fading away, and well you might say, I'm losing focus, kinda drifting into the abstract in terms of how I see myself.
