Deactivated, closed, or no longer active.

What are the differences?

I doubt I have seen any "Deactivated" account, but either closed or no longer active.

An account is closed when the moderators ban the account. An account is no longer active when the user himself decided to deactivate it.

Deactivated -> The owner of the profile purposely deactivates the account. One cannot view his or her profile.
No longer active -> The owner has not deactivated the account, but just isn't around anymore. Profile is still seen.
Closed -> Moderator bans the user.

No, Mirza's right. It's no longer active when they deactivate it, and it's closed when they get banned. Those are the only two options.

Oh I see, when you click a profile that the user deactivated, it says no longer active, but if you look at the same profile from lets say your friends list or something, it says deactivated. That's why I thought there were three things.

By the way does any one know why these two accounts were deactivated?

Not sure.

Social was having issues with his dad, and may re-activate that account.
