How could Koopin be Koppin? Koppin would be Koppin. "Oo" makes a different sound.

Jat ("At" with a "J" in front) Ninety Three. My initials and year of birth.

this wins.

BTW.

Originally, my username was OreEle, but I found out that people thought that was a phonetic spelling (so they were pronouncing it like "or-eel" or "o-really"), so I had my name changed to Ore_Ele (since it is actually a compound of two words and I just left the capital letters in).

It should pronounced as "or-el-lee".

or as "ore-ellie" (not sure why I didn't just say that at first).

That, too. It's probably closer to what I meant, actually.

I've always been pronouncing it as "an-draw-mi-duh" but should it be the long "oh" or the shorter "uh" sound (in the "dro" vs "draw" part)?

I don't pronounce usernames. There's no need to do so. I kind of thought that being that Internet is a written medium that pronunciation was irrelevant. Is a name like: ~f5€$4~<| supposed to be pronounced? Ok, forgive me, the debate mode comes out sometimes…LOL!

There's no freaking way that ore ele pronounces out "orellie." Is that your actual name? If so, I can understand because real names can have some ridiculous pronounciations (e.g., Brett Favre = "Farv"). At any rate, you'll always be "or ee ell" to me! (evil laughter)

debate mode: engaged.

That name would be shortened to F5Euro. It would be pronounced "eff-five-yuro"

It's so much fun reading old threads. Didn't realize how funny some of them could be. Anyway, pronunciation of my username:
