This was a dumb vote, and I shoulf be winning because he foreifited, I dissproved him, and added on to my case. The voters reason for voting for pro was this: "b" Please vote

Yeah, but it was still a vote bomb, or at least vote abuse (I don't buy that "if it's not 7 points, it's not a bomb").

Well, that is interesting. There seems to be quite a bit of disagreement among the more experienced members as to what exactly constitutes a vote-bomb. I assumed that crappy votes are vote-bombs but was told that vote-bombs specifically involve voting all 7 for one person.

He called it vote fraud, not votebomb, that seems more appropriate.

My opinion...

I consider a votebomb to be any vote that is not based on the arguments made in the debate, such as strictly personal opinion of the resolution, or a vote aimed for or against a specific member. I do not feel the point total is relevant.

Crappy votes are votes nonetheless. The debaters job is to convince the reader. If this was accomplished honestly, then so be it. I hate to give their votes the same weight as someone who really understood what was going on, but I think policing how much each person's vote should count for is taking this issue to a whole other level. I think we have become so quick to criticize everyone else's votes that people would rather not vote at all.

You voted against me on a debate where my opponent wrote a 2 paragraph case and forfeited 2 rounds. Eerily similar to what happened here. So, wtf?
