I always manage to find interesting profile pics that I want to put up but then right as I change it I see my profile and think that somethings missing.

My profile pic has become a part of my DDO identity and I don't know if I can change it!

Does anyone else have this problem?
Should I change my profile picture?
Is my twin brother actually dead?
Find out next week...
The wise have eyes in their heads, while the fool walks in the darkness; but I came to realizethat the same fate overtakes them both.
Then I said to myself,
"The fate of the fool will overtake me also.
What then do I gain by being wise?"
I said to myself, "This too is meaningless."
For the wise, like the fool, will not be long remembered;
the days have already come when both have been forgotten.
Like the fool, the wise too must die!

Some people change them all the time. Others never do. Anything in between is a failure.

I like your picture, by the way.

I feel the same way. With some people, the changing of profile pics is almost like changing their face. I know if Ore_Ele, innomen, etc. changed their avatar, I would be a little disoriented.

Okay... I have got some explaining to do... the first quote is misspelled. I guess I just misread your second quote, my apologies. I have a large sleep debt.

Plus not all of you guys spell good:

Some of you guys might learn to use spell-check, but unfortunately their is no "logic check" yet so I can't help you there :D

Picture:

I change my picture about once a week, to keep it in line with my interests and other things I find amusing or am concerned about. Plus, for some strange reason, I have had Michael Moore as a profile pic twice, and during both times, I lose all the debates I am in. Is that just because you guys have no humor?

I had a default avatar for the LONGEST time, and I've only had 3 avatars since then (two ninja cats, a picture of a duck [the "flag" of my nation on nationstates], and this one) so I dont think I changed it too much. Just dont change it TOO much, then you become one of those people

Forever, almost I had a different profile, not a real me pic. http://www.forandagainst.com... (ignore the site that this profile came from), and koopin kept giving me crap about it until I put my real face on. I was a little reluctant to do so, because I didn't want to further the age difference in me and the average user here, but it was received well, and although there are times I'd like to change it, I haven't.

I change once in a while. Current one is of me when I was a child. I think it suits some members to keep one profile picture, but I like variety. I think GeoLaureate8, popculturepooka, and a few others often have cool images.
