I haven't voted much recently even though I realize the problem of lack of voting currently. Therefore post your debate here and I'll try to vote on it. I don't usually give a crap which side wins so don't worry about biases and I always read the whole debate.

A few requirements however:

-I usually avoid voting on old debates. If it's been in the voting period for more than a week, I may or may not vote on it. It depends.

-If it's close to the end of the voting period I also might decline. I don't like making someone lose a few hours before he would have otherwise won.

-If there's more than 3 rounds of arguing (so excluding acceptance) I probably won't vote unless the rounds are short.

-I might decline if I know little on the subject (e.g I won't vote on a Breaking Bad debate because I've never watched the show)

-After I've voted on 15 debates here, I'll no longer be obligated to vote but you can still post them if you want.

-I might decline for other reasons I haven't thought of but only if it's a good reason.

This is a glorious debate that needs some glorious votes.

http://www.debate.org... (It was a joke debate on Meg's dad from Family Guy that I thoroughly enjoyed doing. Unfortunately it only got one vote.)

http://www.debate.org... (My latest debate on libertarianism and conservatism. It's a bit long I admit.)

http://www.debate.org... (A debate on anarchism with only two *real* votes.)

On a side note it turns out I only have 7 debates still in the voting period from this year. Weird.

I've been trying to get around to that anarchism debate for a while now.

The middle one is the only one that meets the requirements but I may vote on the anarchism one if I have some spare time.

Actually, I really appreciate SocialPinko offering to do this. I may not understand the rules of DDO, but until I get votes on at least my first three debates, I don't think I'm a full member, and able to vote on other debates.

Another point: though I agree with RJ that caring how people vote on my debate would be immature, wanting the feedback of some of the extremely smart folks on this site is a completely different matter.

Actually, the input of others on one's ideas, is for me the whole reason to debate. (cf Socrates, ... Marx, et. al.)

Alright phantom, I won't be the only person to make you suffer through this. Since my break is coming up in a week, I'll have a bit more free time (although now that I'm getting a job and doing some serious physical training I dunno what's gonna happen to that time) and hopefully I can devote that to votes. My stipulations are pretty much the same as phantoms, but I'm a little more lenient on what debates I accept to vote on. Don't give two fvcks who wins, and don't really care too much when and where along in the voting period it is. Unlike politically correct phantom, I don't mind making people ragequit DDO after losing their win two minutes from having the win :P

Anyway, you can either post your requests on here or message me talking about this and my now obligation to do so and I'll do my best to get to it in a timely manner.

Anyone should feel free to vote on my debate with Brian about privatizing the british monarchy. I was drunk when I wrote the last round, but I think people tend to like it just the same.

Not according to RationalMadman anyway.

I think it takes a certain love of the genre to muster interest. RationalMadman seems more interested in finding the abnormal wheat chunk in his bowl of Cheerios.
