Good afternoon, all!

I am currently revising the FAQs section of the site (debate.org/help/), and would like your input on what questions you think would be valuable to include.

This thread is particularly focused on FAQs regarding Debate Voting.

So far, the questions I have are:
How do I vote on a debate?
Do I have to have a cell phone to vote on a debate?
Why do I have to participate in 3 debates to vote?
What is votebombing?
What are the voting rules and etiquette?
How long is the voting period?
Why do I have to give a Reason for Decision (RFD)?
What do I do if I witness votebombing or unfair voting?
How can I get more people to vote on my debate?

Are there any other questions/issues that pop up frequently that need to be addressed, particularly in regards to debate voting?

In addition, what are some other questions/issues about the other site features that should be included in the updated FAQs/help section?

Thanks for your help!

Yay for new FAQs!

Maybe something like:

"What do I do if my RFD is too long to fit?"
(Good ol' "RFD in comments")
"Do I have to award all the points?"

As to questions for the other sections:

- I wish there was a "terminology" section, if only for stuff like the abbreviation"BoP".
- The "How do I change my age?" has come up more than once, maybe it needs its own question?
- Maybe a bit about what kind of tags work within a debate/forum post? (I, for example, am used to using "i", not "em" for italics).

The writeup for votebombing, should also explain (or at least link to) biased and justified votes (which are themselves not always votebombs).

How does countervoting work? (I don't actually see an official answer somewhere)

I tweaked the wording of the bolded questions.
