I know there has been speculation as to the question of whether or not I would enter this year's presidential election. Indeed, I will be running for president.

Now, don't think I'm just going to assume I'll win just because I am the overwhelming favorite. I understand that my credentials are extremely strong and that my positions are extremely popular. However, there has been an underground campaign led by a certain elite group of DDO members to discredit me.

Don't listen to their cynical attacks on me. These members are largely motivated by racism. After all, as supporters of President Obama often remind us, anyone who disagrees with our position (whatever that position may be) are almost certainly motivated by secret racism.

My platform is simple and straightforward. I'm not going to pussyfoot around the issues and make general statements that everyone would agree with like the other candidates. I'm going to make specific, bold commitments. First, I am going to make DDO a better place for the average DDO member. Second, I am going to improve the debating culture at DDO. Third, I will improve the tone of DDO.

Overall, I am strongly in favor of improving DDO. I know this is a controversial position, but I will stand by it.

It's time that somebody stand up and say "I am for all those things that everyone likes and against those things that everybody hates". I am that somebody.

My vice president will be announced at a later date.

For now, I ask for your support. I thank you very much and look forward to being president for the next six months.

A good question. I have a five point plan to improve DDO:

1.) Improve conflict resolution
2.) Make DDO a more attractive place for smart, new debaters to come
3.) Create a responsible and intelligent environment for discussion
4.) Improve recruitment
5.) Improve the forums

In the case of Mitt Romney, okay. But, to be fair, he was running against one of the worst presidents in history (Barack Obama).

Lol, Romney and Obama are in the same camp, all of them are. And where did Romney get his idea?

Pentagonal Revisionism is a plan consisting of five plan goals written in 1988 by founder Anton Szandor LaVey:[22]
Stratification " "No one should be protected from the effects of his own stupidity."
Strict taxation of all churches " "The productive, the creative, the resourceful should be subsidized. So long as the useless and incompetent are getting paid, they should be heavily taxed."
No tolerance for religious beliefs secularized and incorporated into law and order issues " "Amnesty should be considered for anyone in prison because of their alleged 'influence' upon the actual perpetrator of the crime. Everyone is influenced in what he or she does. Scapegoating has become a way of life, a means of survival for the unfit. As an extension of the Judeo-Christian cop-out of blaming the Devil for everything, criminals can gain leniency, even praise, by placing the blame on a convenient villain. Following the Satanic creed of "Responsibility to the responsible", in a Satanic society, everyone must experience the consequences of their own actions"for good or ill."
Development and production of artificial human companions " "An economic 'godsend' which will allow everyone "power" over someone else. Polite, sophisticated, technologically feasible slavery. And the most profitable industry since T.V. and the computer."
The opportunity for anyone to live within a total environment of their choice, with mandatory adherence to the aesthetic and behavioral standards of same " "Privately owned, operated and controlled environments as an alternative to homogenized and polyglot ones. The freedom to insularize oneself within a social milieu of personal well-being. An opportunity to feel, see, and hear that which is most aesthetically pleasing, without interference from those who would pollute or detract from that option."

"Third, I will improve the tone of DDO."

Good. DDO is still a little flabby from winter, and we're well into beach-season now, so DDO really needs good toning program.

Will your platform be based on old-school cardio training, or HIIT training? Furthermore, what sort of macros will you be limiting DDO's diet to?
If you're reading this, you're awesome and you should feel awesome.

No, it wasn't. I forgot to mail him psychoactive drugs (he can't afford them), and now he's mad. I understand and apologize.

It's an extension of the evident insulting nature of the typical gender bias that mirza enjoys to end his statements with.

Also, let's face it, his original comment was not only uncalled for, but also added nothing to do this thread.

Bearing in mind a President should be someone who everyone should rally behind, do you not think, assuming you actually get elected, you'll have divided DDO so much that your election will actually cause great harm, not solidarity, to the site? In other words, the mere toxicity of your name destroys stability, order, and respect on this site. Having that as representing the site is not foolish, but dangerous.
