Basically a massive lot of people seems to be clinging on to the old system because it's tradition and against change. Somehow, I think that given a few weeks, the complaints will end.

Yeah, it can't just be worse. That's not possible. Change is always good.

The political compass just recently among the most active users showed a 47% 47% sheeple in the left and right and 6% outside of the indoctrination zone.
It's not your views that divide us, it's what you think my views should be that divides us.

If you think I will give up my rights and forsake social etiquette to make you "FEEL" better you are sadly mistaken

If liberal democrats would just stop shooting people gun violence would drop by 90%

I'll admit, change is sometimes good, but it's never always good. Change can be bad.
I'm becoming less defined as days go by, fading away, and well you might say, I'm losing focus, kinda drifting into the abstract in terms of how I see myself.

I would say the hugely negative aspect of all these complaints is down to OCD all right. People like to feel like they're in control. You can't just change their world around them.

And, I can't remember if it was that way before, but the top menu bar is now fixed, remaining at the top of the screen even if I scroll down. While this means less of the screen is used to display content, it means I don't have to scroll all the way up to change forums or access my profile.

The opinion section header is also way less intrusive on tablets

Notice how I'm on the same exact place on each and on the former I can't read an entire post that I can on the first.

It takes the full width of the screen, making for better reading and better use of screen space. It is also more asthetic. In fact, I like the site better on the iPad than I do on the PC now.

Haven't tried it on PC, but the site is very good in terms of aesthetics on my iPad. I even like the color acheme.

Irrelevant. I'm not altogether too impressed by any of these changes either, but I'm not crying about it.

But these changes aren't just neutral overall, they run counter to functionality. That's why I'm fussy.

It's because you were in control. People wanted the ELO update. How dare they change the aesthetic appearance of the site though!

It's because you were in control.

What people want is totally irrelevant to whether or not something will be liked or hated? You are basically saying if we want team debates, and they give us team debates, we will be happy only because we are in control, and not because we got something we wanted. This makes no sense.

People wanted the ELO update.

That mentioned nothing about ELO.

How dare they change the aesthetic appearance of the site though!

Dude, check out the reactions we got because they changed the appearance of the site. People calling juggle scum, threatening to leave, etc. Over the top. Anyone who hates the changes needs to have a look at themselves, whatever about what you would've liked to see changed.

It's business as usual for me...

One can make a respectful objection all the same. What these OCD-heads are doing is exerting force against Juggle to feel like they have power in the face of a change they didn't ask for. Well, that and some of them are just retards who take pleasure from putting others down anyway.

Like rational_thinker........ I mean, look at his name. Dude obviously wants to feel smart and goes about feeling as such in putting down the religious, or in his mind anyway. Why wouldn't he turn that on Juggle given the opportunity? Fact is, he would. And did.
