I know this May be looked down upon, but I highly recommend all elite members here to join Larz's debate website. It had so much more potential than DDO and it doesn't have any of the frustrating noobs! We already have quite a few elite member on the site (upwards towards 50) but it would be nice if we could get even more.

This looks cool. I'll have an affair, but I will always be in love with DDO

Yea, well...while you're at work, the mailman is standing naked in front of your refrigerator, drinking your orange juice out of the carton. That's after he's done making a mess with your "DDO wife" and then wiping it clean on your pillow. (...and you wonder where the pink eye came from).

She's the neighborhood bicycle, spends all your money, won't lift a finger and refuses to shower before going to bed.

You're better off getting a divorce.

What I meant to say is....EDEB8 is better, with a more dedicated admin who is all about user-defined direction.

Once the rose tinted glasses wear off and time goes on edb8 will suffer the same problems as DDO. You can't purge stupidity from the internet.

Except DDO is a whoreground for idiots with the opinions section and polls.

Edeb8 has neither, and has far better debate options.

I suppose so. We'll see. I'm skeptical.

I like Edeb8, it's a little hard to navigate at first and we are sorting through bugs but I think it's great.

baaaahh!!! its a load of consumer weakness
Epsilon: There are so many stories where some brave hero decides to give their life to save the day, and because of their sacrifice, the good guys win, the survivors all cheer, and everybody lives happily ever after. But the hero... never gets to see that ending. They'll never know if their sacrifice actually made a difference. They'll never know if the day was really saved. In the end, they just have to have faith.
