I know that there are an adequate number of people who like to troll in debates, but shouldn't this type of conduct be reported and removed?

I would flag it, but I'm not exactly which DDO policy it violates, if any.

I am specifically referring to the argument that includes "find the N and you win"

It's infantile and unnecessary, but it's not against the ToS. If anything, they should lose conduct.

I don't think Pro's false charge of racism is a conduct violation. Con should have called it out. False charges of racism are common these days. Just watch MSNBC for ten minutes if you doubt that. They should be argued directly.

There is fine line between calling an argument racist and calling the person who made it racist. If the charge is directly against the person making the argument, that's a personal attack, which is at least a conduct violation. Personal attacks are a violation of the site rules, but in fact that rule is rarely enforced.

The similarity between the letters "M" and "N" could explain the thing. I saw very little indication that this was racist. I watch for these things, and could not convince myself that reporting was warranted.

I wouldn't like for the letter "N" to become a racial term.
