The whole "research" thing underneath some debates and the selection method for this has had me confused for quite some time, but I think this example takes the cake for strangest one. In this debate, the 16kadams trial, it says under "research this debate" Mumbai. I can hardly think of anything *less* relevant to Mumbai than the debate. Does anyone have any idea how this happened?

Some of them are just pretty random. The method for producing these links clearly hasn't yet been perfected. If you'll recall, (and it's still true in many case) a lot of the links in the polls section just made no sense, but I believe whatever method is being used to determine them has improved and it likely will improve in the case of the research links as well.

Here's an older poll about me:

There's a link to Tiger Woods and the United States for some reason.

Here's another older poll about me versus Qopel

Naturally there are links to Microsoft and Bill gates.

So I think there's still some work to be done as far as creating proper link suggestions for various sections of the site, but I think they have improved from where they began.
