What is nfl rules for debating?

I do not see how the rules of NFL can equate to debating rules.

This person I accepted has not made it clear if I am to pose arguments in round one or not http://www.debate.org...

I request assistance as they ignore my PMs.

I would use the first round to accept. In NFL debates, Pro always goes first, so by posting your arguments in R1, you'd be breaching a strict interpretation of those rules.
