What happens if a debate is in the voting period and is votebombed.. whilst the debate only has 5-10 minutes left?

If a debate is 12-0 in favour of pro, and two consecutive votebombs award con a total of 14 points, is there any way to cancel the permanent status of the debate in favour of con (other than deleting it?)

Can a vote be revoked if the voting period ends before moderation sees it?

If it is a very blatant votebomb, then the mods can delete it even after the voting period is up.

I believe that airmax has the power to re-open the voting period and remove the votebombs.
