Nah. There's this app, truecaller. Its free to install- ios and android.

Anytime an unknown number calls you, you get the name of the registered caller if you are connected to wifi/ have internet connection. It also alerts you if the unknown number is spam (its a user based spam detector), so you can just not pick it.
